Cons: Bad location terrible interaction with one female employee We got there 3 hours early and the car we reserved was not ready yet the gentleman said we have an upgraded car available you pay the difference in price BUT THEN THE LADY speaking only in Spainish berated the gentleman for at least 5 minutes after witch he said he was mistaken and the price was now 180 euros a day EXTRA on top of the 760 euros I paid for a five day rental The lady was extremely rude and condescending and just scoffed at

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2100 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1400.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
