Pros: I rented a car from Sixtcar company from your site. In addition to the normal fee, I paid extra full insurance money. When I went to pick up the car, company officials said that the extra insurance money I paid was not transferred to their accounts, so it was not valid. They also showed the money they received from you. It wasn't actually sent. I had to get insurance again. If I rent from a company again, I will use their original pages.

Pros: Flexible in choices of car upon picked up. But they charged so much higher for upgrading to another category compared to booking from discovercars.
Cons: Terrible car condition, we picked up the car next day it shows servicing due. Then we drove half way of the rental duration, alert came out says sensor failure. Next, airbag lighted up and exclaimation mark in a triangular sign. We called sixt immediately they told us is safe to drive! What the joke?! What if anything happened at the mountain area and who is going to rescue us. They simply has not checked the car well before passing to us. We have wasted a day to drive to Zurich for Changes!!!

Cons: When there’s cancellation, they don’t care what you’re going to do if your plans go down the drains. They aren’t even trying to be helpful. Also, even if you rent fairly high segment/expensive car, they’re still pushing you for extras, upgrades, etc.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1800.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 10 years ago is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
