Cons: Worse experience ever with a rent a car company. From the moment we entered the guy told us will not give a car with an Italian or UAE driving license, because are not international. So no car, no refund of the deposit, they just ruined our holiday. I want to mention that with the same driving license we rent a car in Sydney and Auckland as well, without any issue.
Pros: Car upgrade, paid for, provided a decent vehicle
Cons: The initial vehicle offered was inferior to that booked, and the office closed earlier than indicated, leaving a tight handover situation because of road closures.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Using a ferry is not allowed.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
