Pros: At the pick up the agents was nice and able to provide the information i needed and recommended parking places to go. At the return the agent was efficient and also help with direction to my next destination

Pros: Tai our rental desk agent was very helpful and suggested an upgrade for a vehicle with gps and came out to the lot to show us the car . Five stars to tai for sure

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
