Cons: Wish there was a car guide in glove box to see how to work accessories in vehicle.

Pros: Inside windscreen could have done with a cleaning on the passenger’s side. Windscreen wipers were ‘dragging’ across the windscreen - would have benefitted from having been tested prior to pickup.

Pros: Service people very nice

Cons: Very expensive to rent plus hold on credit card of over 6000 was ridiculous . There was a huge dent in the car door when we picked it up and other damage to car which was disappointing, and tires kept losing pressure .

Cons: The car had instable Bluetooth connection

Pros: Clean car. Quick drop off. No mileage limits.

Cons: We were upgraded (which took time at pick-up, about an hour because we had to wait for the car to be cleaned..) with a bigger car but we were not really given a choice of the car so ended with one which, although very comfortable, was 1 size bigger than what we would have liked so my dad was a bit scared at first to drive such a big car.

Cons: Agent tried to upsell me on insurance even though I had full coverage and the car settings were in German which was problematic to change at first because I couldn’t read German to know where and what to change on the screen

Pros: None worth mentioning except that brief encounter with the person for returning key was much more pleasant snd professional.

Cons: Car provided had more than 90000 kms on it and was due for service soon. We were lucky that such an old car did not breakdown or had any mechanical issue during the trip.

Cons: Nothing really - was a little hard to find the pick up spot and the drop off spot was confusing but that is Dublin Airports fault - the drop off was otherwise easy

Pros: The car we got was in terrific condition, and very comfortable for our stay. Price was also very good, and pick up/return process was easy. The tire light was on when we picked it up, but an attendant on the lot checked the tires and reset the light for us; it was nice to have him look it over before we drove off and worried about it.

Cons: The only confusion was about the insurance. I had read that I could decline the insurance when booking it if I was using my own credit card coverage, but at the desk, the agent told me that my booking included minimum coverage and therefore my credit card wouldn’t cover anything. I didn’t see an option to get out of it entirely when I was booking it, and there was no way to change that when picking up the car.

Cons: Car filthy and full of dents Warning light went on immediately regarding low tyre pressure on rear tyre and discovered there was no tyre cap. At Shannon the compound gates were locked and it was very unclear as to where we parked and dropped the keys off as the Bureau was unstaffed. no tyre cap

Pros: Overall the car ran well but was a little noisy, tires, suspension etc. it was however good on fuel. It was a hybrid, so the battery charging as we drove was a bonus that helped with this. We did have some very worn tires. We ran into a tire issue and replace a tire however the road side team was excellent.

Cons: Took some time to get the rental initially. Key holders were on break so certain keys were not available. We were then giving a car that "had GPS" but it didn't so had to go back down to the office and get switched to another vehicle. Luckily by then the keys were available.

Cons: Navigation system never worked so we spent $85 for nothing.

Pros: The car was well used but fully functional.

Pros: Quickly switched me to better car when original car wasn’t fit for rental - lots of warning lights came on and wouldn’t turn off. Needed a service they said . Honest about current bodywork damage and well detailed.

Cons: Shouldn’t have rented the original one to me in the first place. Removed spare tyre etc from boot and didn’t tell me - despite warnings in boot that return of vehicle without spare tyre etc would result in very hefty fines. Didn’t respond to emails. Very insistent extra insurance sales approach wore me down despite being advised I didn’t need it. They used a “can you trust the speed and fairness of their insurance? How easy will it be to get them to pay up etc

Pros: Ease of renting.

Cons: It's not entirely a new car. Odometer is above 50,000km. I asked for compensation as the GPS malfunctioned and was denied by the service desk.

Pros: Customer service was top notch, friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: Service was kind; very casual which was nice for picking up (said no walk through necessary, just take pictures of any damage with timestamps on phones, and they'd trust us).

Cons: But informality was also a little scary; we were worried that our car wasn't inspected or that we'd be charged later for damage like scratches that predated us after we'd returned the car. So far, so good.

Pros: We liked the Toyota Yaris that we rented, a plus that it was a hybrid so it was fuel efficient for touring the country. Though the line/wait was long, the agent was efficient and friendly.

Cons: Overall I was extremely happy with the service provided. I was somewhat hoping for a diesel powered vehicle, however the one I got still ranks a 10 out of 10.
