Pros: The service at the Dubrovnik town office was very friendly and helpful. As the model we had booked wasn't available, the representative was very considerate to our needs and wishes (eg ample legroom and luggage space) when he chose the alternative car for us. The car was as good as new, and overall we were very happy with the rental.
Cons: When dropping off the car at Split airport, I was told that the rental fee would be taken from the amount that was blocked on my card. Now the final rental fee has been charged from the card separately, and the original blocked amount still remains blocked. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
