Pros: I liked the efficiency and clarity of the directions. The whole process went very smoothly.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the price, which was nearly $100 per day. But that was not related to the service provided by Sixt.

Cons: Needed to add navigation system because mobile cell phone didn't work; should have added that to my Discover reservation. I have sent my very negative review to SIXT and disputing charge - NOT Discover's fault.

Pros: The company has either a defective quality assurance process (see below) or committed fraud. Either way that’s bad.
Cons: They charged on my credit card 700€ on top of the 100€ rental. They added extra miles (attempt of fraud or mistake) to the bill without even calling me. I figured out and they reimbursed me.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1800.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 5 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Wagons, Special a driver license issued at least 10 years ago is required.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from non-EU countries (except Switzerland) are accepted if no visa has been entered in the passport.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, Baby Stroller, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
