Pros: The employees were professional, there were no time share guys there that were trying to make $1,000’s of dollars off me, they honored the Mexican insurance I had purchased online through discover cars. There was no hassle upon return with some damage they wanted to pin on me. I have rented in Cabo many times, and most of the time has been a nightmare, this was perfect. I will rent through discover cars with sixt every time from now on!

Cons: Took a while to get a shuttle, had to call internationally for a pick up at the airport. I had a different charge than what was quoted at the end, a variance of $150 dollars. I kept my receipt so they switched to the original amount.
Pros: Pickup at airport went well
Cons: The car already had a broken tail light when picked up. A tire went flat and there was no support from Sixt and their instructions to get it patched were fine but then the people handling pickup were angry about the manner of the patch. Then, we got rear ended close to the rental place when returning it and when we called for advice, Sixt hung up and did not call back then claimed ignorance when we showed up with the damaged car because our flight was hours away.
Pros: Friendly agent who spoke English. Pricing was as quoted at the time of the reservation
Cons: Vehicle has waring light came on. Just glitches, I guess.
Pros: We got a larger car than we ordered without extra cost
Cons: We got a flat tire due to a nail, and we didn't feel the spare was safe to drive on because it had big blister on the side..... so we had to get service from Sixt which caused some delays, etc.
Cons: The guy that brought the car was on the take and asked for an additional $40 us to give me a bigger car, claiming that the one I ordered was too small. I ordered a mid sized car & that’s what I got after paying the additional $40. A minor scam…
Pros: They were polite and nice. They are also accommodating with my hours that changed with travel. The first car there gave me was on its last leg and i didn’t feel safe at all. I called and i was able to exchange it with no problems.
Cons: Upon arrival at the airport in Cabo it was chaos. We waited over 20 minutes to be picked up by the company and all the while being harassed by all the other companies at the airport. I was a single female with my 9 year old so it was not fun. They knew I was going to be traveling a distance and gave me a very bad vehicle at first. It was very old and not in good working order.
Cons: the gas station attendant didnt quite fill the tank to the top and not knowing the gas gauage on a different car didnt know it wasnt filled properly so got knocked for a gallon i guess etc

Cons: Wish it was easier to find their shuttle and or pick up location. The airport is full of agents that want to sell time share, and it gets mess in there.
