Cons: When picking up my rental, the agent, Francisco, tried to upsell me on insurance- no worries. I get that. However, he went further than that and outright lied to me about my coverage with Discover Cars. He said he could see my coverage and that it didn’t cover theft and that if I had any issues I would be lose my deductible (the security deposit). I told him I knew I would need to pay Sixt and work it out with Discover Cars, but he said I would lose it completely.
Pros: We had really a great pick up service with Francisco from the airport to the office to get the car….
Cons: The only thing what upset me was when we were doing the paperwork in the office, the older lady was not so kind and polite. I know we were probably the last ones of the day because the office was closing but still she could have done better. I couldn’t almost follow her because she tried to end the work in record time. And then the last thing she said we have to pay 1.000 Eur security deposit although in the voucher form was written that we have to pay only 239 Eur. This thing should be fixed.
Pros: Service professionnel.
Pros: Gas tank was not full and it was not noted on contract.
Cons: Agent tried to make me make a deposit significantly larger than the one in my contract. He also tried hard to upsell me on insurance wven though it was included in contract.
Pros: Kind agents and helpful to solve problems
Cons: They did not reserve the car we pre-paid for (6 seater vehicle). This had to be substituted with 2 smaller cars instead. Very disruptive to travel plans.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
