Pros: Palermo airport staff were lovely to deal either. Apart from that I have nothing good to say
Cons: At pick up the small car booked was not available and they tried to ‘upgrade’ to a larger car, which we refused. Staff were rude! Three hours later they found a small car (wasting most of the day for us). The car arrived scratched, dirty, brakes squeaking, overdue for service. NOT HAPPY! However at drop off at Palermo Aurporr, staff were helpful and lovely to deal with. If dealing with this company ensured to confirm a few days prior that the car you ordered is actually available.
Pros: Although the car was not what we rented (rented a station wagon and got an SUV), it was a hybrid and got really good gas mileage.
Cons: The car we were given had no wind shield wiper fluid and the AC barely worked (we didn't notice until we were out of Palermo). We were hot for most of the rental :-(.
Pros: Nothing, they were on the edge of criminals and stolen my paid money via DiscoverCars.
Cons: Absolutely shocking, they told me they don't care aboud DiscoverCars as they are different company and rejected me to rent the car. They were also aggressive when I wanted some confirmation for you.

For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.

Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Phone number, Flight number.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
