Cons: They require a physical creditcard to be able to reserve the guarantee amount. This is quite a disturbing policy since many people, including me, only carries phone based cards.

Also, we didn't have to find overnight parking which we have had to do with past rentals in Budapest. You should advertise this flexibility -- it would encourage me to rent from you.

Cons: Slow customer care, a total absence of elaboration between Schiller and Road Assistance, at a certain point I felt like the reps are making fun because they say that they will get back in 10 min. after a problem was discovered but they never did. KEEP A WAY OF THESE CROOKS

Pros: Easy to find and I got a brand new car which had it´s pros and cons. Car was very clean and easy to use, had no problems

Cons: The deposit is too high and I asked about parking in Budapest and unfortunately they were not really helpful about it. It would be good to get a map with the parking garages in the city and approximate cost.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The following option(s) is(are) included for free from 01.11 to 31.03 as a special offer: Winter tires.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Hungary. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
