Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 180 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
