Cons: O atendente era muito grosseiro e não teve paciência de nos dar informações necessárias. O para brisa do carro estava trincado. O tanque de gasolina não estava totalmente cheio. Havias algumas avarias no carro mas não foram relacionadas em um documento para conferir depois. Apenas pediu para eu tirar fotos . Não nos foi informado como seria o check-out. Depois descobri que tinha apenas quer deixar a chave num box em frente o escritório da Rentacar no aeroporto.

Cons: To be honest, it was the worst car we have ever rented. Also the most expensive. The car was rotten, there were two tyres in the boot when we went to put our luggage in. The book kept coming open every time you went over a speed bump. The driver’s window seal was nonexistent, so I had a continuous noise in my ear. Last of all the car was meant to be full with fuel, it had a quarter of a tank.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
