Pros: We loved the personalized service. Ibrahim was so wonderful with the whole process. Warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. He put us right at ease right from the start. Loved that we were picked up from our accommodation and dropped off at the bus station. Great convenience. Our car was in excellent condition and perfect for our needs. Pros: The staff are friendly, & approachable any time . The staff brought the car & took it back from my place so I didn’t actually need to go to the office to pick the car. The car was diesel so very good for anyone driving long distances.

Pros: Very good service, no problems during picking up and dropping off

Cons: Fuel policy (no fuel to no fuel). It's hard to estimate how many liters should I tank & require several visit on gas station. It would be great to have fuel to fuel - it's fair option and easy to achieve

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1110.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, French, Arabic.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
