Pros: The staff are friendly. The car was clean and had more than absolutely minimal fuel

Cons: 1. The address in all documents is wrong, they have moved office. 2. The car I booked (fiat egea);was substitute for a Renault Clio, to small for the family trip planned. I was told to suck it up or move on without a car by the manager. They had no bigger car. The discover car contract said nothing about substitution - Pegasus main there T&Cs allowed it. 3. The Clio had a empty fire extinguisher which I noticed as I moved the extinguisher from the boot to under passenger seat.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Parking Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy
No deposit is required during the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 365 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
