Pros: Newish car

Cons: Had to wait 10 minutes before anyone arrived. Was given an automatic car when I had booked a manual car. Went back to ask for a different car. Told none were available. I found two equivalent manual cars but was told they were rented for people coming in the afternoon. Why was I worth less than these people. I explained that I have only twice rented an automatic car - the last time was more than 20 years ago. The representative suggested I could wait for the boss who might arrive any time.

Cons: Collection took ages. Lady just starred at her screen for ages for every customer - looked like very slow systems. Didn’t have two car seats with isofix bars and couldn’t help me fit the seat which was way too big

Pros: The service representative walked me to pick up the car which was very helpful.

Cons: Car pickup instructions were not clear. They were at the top of the parking structure. I never received this information. The car itself was top heavy and had poor handling and power.

Cons: The car ran on CNG - not a problem in itself. But it was nearly empty when collected. Not many filling stations sell CNG and we had to spend 20 mins looking for a CNG station to fill up before we could start our journey

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1760.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
