Pros: We got an upgrade
Cons: Car could have been a little cleaner Passengers window got stuck

Pros: Friendly service
Cons: We didn't like having to collect the car from the multi storey carpark, its a very old and difficult carpark to manoeuvre in. I'm also confused about the payment. We had to pay a deposit but was this refunded at all?
