Cons: This is my third booking with them in 3 months on each occasion the process to collect the car was slow. You are asked for a load of details already provided. The slowest was 90 mins in a queue even though there were only 3 people in front of me

Driver requirements

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
