Pros: I didn’t like anything since they didn’t help me to change car due to unsuitable tires for winter conditions.
Cons: Tires of car was not suitable for winter conditions. When I asked the agency representative, he replied that they don’t have winter tires and I did not have a chance to find another car at that time. I could not use the car efficiently since I could not go to the the route that I want to go due to slippery conditions of road due to winter conditions.it is against government regulations and could result with catastrophic accident. I strongly advise discover cars and Nissa car rental to check car.

Cons: only shocked that they charged their money of booking online THROUGH AMEX and CAR RENTAL did not wanted to chgarge AMEX and charged my DEBOT CARD and that too ABSUIRD AMOUNT
Cons: In the email instructions said I should meet in the airport some one with sign written my name But no one meet me at airport arrival after 30 minutes of searching I call them but they call another company to take over
Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
