For car return, please ensure the car is returned on time to the main office. Notify us beforehand via call, WhatsApp, or WeChat to arrange the return. Ensure the car is returned with the same level of fuel as provided and that no personal items are left inside. Thanks!

Cons: Selected a different car but received a different car, tire condition was bad and request and waited for another car. Condition was bad and cancel my plan to drive to Ipoh, just kept the car and returned, was very disappointed.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 545.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
An e-Toll device is not mandatory.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 20 MYR per rental.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
