Cons: El precio!! Me cobraron un seguro que encareció totalmente el costo de la renta, hice un pago inicial de 155 usdlls y en el mostrador pagué 487.66 usd. Al parecer no consideraron el pago inicial

Cons: considering me a conflictive client because i considered the insurance description by Discovery cars as potentielly misleading.
Pros: Nada … esto es un fraude ya que a través de Discover hicimos la reserva y pagamos un anticipo que solicitaban y al llegar a recoger el auto no reconocieron ni el contrato ni el anticipo. Solicite el anticipo de regreso y no obtuve respuesta en Discover y en Mex me dicen que ellos no son responsables y que probablemente sea una comisión ????? Cuidado con esta compañías porque no es posible que Mex sepa que a su nombre reciben anticipos y no hagan nada y no respeten los contratos … cobraron doble

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name. A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - California. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), 2 credit cards.
The deposit amount is from 150 USD to 300 USD, depending on the car group.
The deductible/excess amount is 2500 USD.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - Arizona, USA - California, USA - Nevada.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
