Pros: Unfortunately there was nothing to like. The person we spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and we were unable to get the car because we could not make it for 11am.
Cons: We did not like the unhelpful attitude on the phone.

Cons: Your delivery agent was not thorough enough in the handover. We had to telephone your office to report damage which we discovered when we took the car out of the dark underground hotel garage into daylight for the first time. We phoned your office immediately who informed us that they were aware of the damage before the car was sent to us. Why was it not marked on the paperwork?
Pros: Friendly personal, good timing, always available support.
Cons: Car overall condition was pretty poor. Motor of 5kw isn't good enough to travel through landscape of Malta.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
