Pros: Easy pick up, quick service, helpful and drop off couldn’t have been quicker. Paulo Fernando was very helpfull, polite and in 5 minutes of arrival for return of the car, our bags were in the van and we were on our way to check in.

Cons: If I could suggest, it would be useful to have the address for pick up and drop off on an email or message near the time rather than looking for paperwork.

Pros: Transparent and good service, they were accommodating with me when I lost one of the hubcaps to the car and submitted the claim on my behalf.

Pros: They gave us a car without checking with us at the pick up time, pushed us to buy a insurance, charged us for returning at a different location which was on the contract upon purchase we need to drop off at different location, now they are charging us for a crack on the front bumper paint.

Cons: I don’t like localiza and looking forward to avoid renting from them. Every time you return a car even if you bought insurance they find something to charge their clients

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 685.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, boarding pass.


Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
Service outside of business hours is not available.
