Pros: They never have the car you pick up available, always need to do upgrade and try to charge more. This time the agent aren’t helpful at all. I got a Nissan Kiks that was awful.

Cons: I didn’t like that you have to pay for the car wash you paid money enough for hire the car and the wash should be include as you are renting a car and they expect you to bring the car washed??? I understand if they charge when is over dirty but wasn’t the case of my car I just would be more happy if the washing was included not paid a part

They tried to sell me their insurance, which I did not want since my travel insurance covered car rentals; I had to send them a copy of the insurance coverage provided by my travel insurance. 2. The car did not have a full tank of gas when picked up, which I did not notice until later. 3. The car did not have an E-ZPass type toll pass reader that every other rental car I got had. 4. The clock on the dashboard kept blinking and was set to the wrong time, with no obvious way to correct it.

Cons: The provided car was dirty inside/outside with an empty tank, I also didn't receive the email with pictures of the inspection (the car had many dents and scratches). I also didn't receive the car documentation in the paper, the file was provided upon my request.

I got the car however, the car efficiency was not great at all. I gave the company the car after couple of days and up to date l didn’t get my refund and everyday l call them and nothing happened. Do not deal with that company again please. Be careful.

Pros: when I came from the airport, they didn’t go to collect me by van, I had to call them to collect me, but all calls from their numbers wasn’t answered. When I came there, they gave a dirty car, plus less than half of petrol. I paid all insurance cover and they still charged me a deposit to pay and get refunded when bring the car back. After all, I brought the car back and since 23rd march 2024 I still didn’t get my refund back !

Pros: After getting seriously mad, one staff member (just one... named "Tiago") was helpful and got us going. But that unfortunately doesn't erase the horrible experience overall.

Pros: The overall value for my money was great, as well as the representatives, efficiency of agents, car cleanliness and dropping off the car.

Cons: The car I ordered wasn't available and in my opinion they gave me a car of not equal value. The car had transmission problems a day before returning it. The car turned off and the first and second gear were not functioning well. The car turned off at least 10 times every time I stopped. Overall an ok experience. They have to maintain the cars a little better for future clientele.
