Pros: The lady that doubled as desk rental agent and shuttle pickup driver was very welcoming and professional. I was given a car a class up of what I rented and vehicle was in top condition.
Cons: I'm against of delivering cars without FULL tank. It puts the burden on customer to estimate how much fuel to pump to return car at same level. In my case I ended giving away more than half of tank at my expense didn't used.

Pros: The staff were lovely
Cons: They added €25 to collect out of hours at 9.30pm which is way to high for a car costing 19 euro per day to hire.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2100.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
