Cons: As a loyal customer of 4 years, I was shocked by the unprofessionalism of one particular staff at the Sibiu branch. I declined their insurance at pickup and consequently faced 30+ minutes of intimidation and baseless threats from Rareș when returning the car. My deposit was eventually returned in full, proving the confrontation was unnecessary. I hope management addresses this so I can continue to trust Klass Wagen for my future rentals.

Pros: The lady that doubled as desk rental agent and shuttle pickup driver was very welcoming and professional. I was given a car a class up of what I rented and vehicle was in top condition.

Cons: I'm against of delivering cars without FULL tank. It puts the burden on customer to estimate how much fuel to pump to return car at same level. In my case I ended giving away more than half of tank at my expense didn't used.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, bank statement or utility bill.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Electric vehicles will be provided with at least 80% battery level. You must return the vehicle with at least 80% battery level.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.


The supplier will hold the vehicle for 3 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
