Pros: Agent was great. Car was clean, new, easy to use.

Cons: Instructions to find the car rental are extremely confusing. They are not at all clear. The shuttle takes a long time to get there and the driver of the shuttle isn’t helpful. There is no clear indication that you need to take the shuttle or walk to the car parking lot to get the car. A short process took us 2 hours because no one could properly explain how to get there.

Cons: The vehicle had a vibration when driving above 100 Kmh. There was no issue replacing the car and the reps were very good addressing the issue for me. (No complain)

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 2455.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Airport Surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, PDI (tourist card).

All documents must be issued in the same country.
Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Crossing borders, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 7 days before the pick up date.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Argentina.
In order to travel to the following country(ies):Argentina, you must provide at least one of the following documents: passport, valid driver license.
crossing country borders is allowed for an additional charge of 181 USD to 518 USD, depending on the following factors: Car groups, rental duration.
The Luxury car group(s) may not be used for crossing country borders rentals.
Optional extras and services

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 4 hours, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
