Pros: the car itself was great
Cons: The person who helped me when I picked up (a male) pressured me to buy insurance after I already stated that I had my own. Picking up the car and dropping it off was challenging- it was not clear where the car was located and then where to drop off. It was difficult to find a gas station and it would’ve been very helpful if the staff person who gave me the car could’ve provided that info.
Pros: Service at desk good. Car was parked 10 min walk away at the end of the car park. Quite an old car, but ok. After getting onto the motorway, we noticed a large chip in the centre of the windscreen. We had to drive quite a distance to take back to the rental desk. Car was changed over to a newer, small suv, which we wouldn’t have chosen as it was too big for our needs. There was no other car choice. We arrived initially at 11am to pick up. We got back on the motorway at 1pm.
Cons: First car had not been checked properly. Windscreen chip was bigger than the size of 5p right in the centre.
Pros: Car was clean and in good condition. Drop off at airport was first class.
Cons: Rental companies think they are upgrading you when they give a larger car. Quite simply not the case. There are reasons why a customer requests a particular size of car. Supplying a bigger one is not necessarily better. If I order a small car that’s what I want.
Pros: Efficient and good value
Cons: No spaces left to drop off the car.
Pros: A usual rental pickup, nothing good or bad to report.
Rental Conditions

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
