Pros: Friendly staff, good service
Cons: The particular car had a really annoying feature alerting you if you drove faster than the speed limit. Would be a nice feature if it didn't pick up the speed limit on the off ramps of TF-1 as the limit for the speedway......

Cons: The opening times were changed without notice, which fortunately didn’t affect the pick up time. Benjamin was on the desk and heard he usually works at Tenerife South so was frustrated at the office. Only one assistant on with queues outside the door meaning nearly an hour to pick up. All persons before were escorted to their car by Benjamin, but as they were nearly closing at 1100 told to go down the ramp and collect car. No pre-car of fuel checks carried out
