Pros: price was competitive
Cons: 1. They added 23% tax on top of price on voucher 2. The car was very old and had multiple marks everywhere so very difficult not to miss one. 3. Charged me for damage to external mirror when there was no way I caused the damage as it looked as if drove into a wall. Unfortunately, I didnt pay attention to the mirrors when checked the car as it was so bashed that was trying to cover all other damage.

Cons: We were charged €2.15/ day for the electronic payment tag pass. We thought this was optional but we're informed it was mandatory. We did not use this and did not want it. On returning the car I suggested there should be a refund as we did not request it and did not use it. The representative gave me an email address and said I could request a refund after a month. He would not have mentioned this if I had not queried it.

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Toll pass / E-toll device, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
