Cons: There was a lot of damage (scratches, scrapes and dents) to the exterior of the vehicle which was not listed on the vehicle condition part of the contract and which the employee described as ‘wear and tear’. Some of the scratches were described as 5-15+ cms but were in fact 2-3 feet long. After some discussion, the employee did add more damage in the vehicle description.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 27.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to pick up the car.
