Pros: Everything went really smooth and quick when picking up the car.

Cons: Everything was good but when we tried to return the car about 1,5 hours earlier than our allocated time slot, there was no one in the office even though according to the office hours on the door and online there should have been someone there.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Roof rack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 1 additional drivers.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
