Pros: Quick and easy

Cons: The GPS system needs a serious upgrade. It didn't pick up certain areas and our roaming service wasn't working so it was not a great experience with 2 ladies in a car trying to navigate around and with a system that hasn't been upgraded in a while.

Cons: The cars tyres were not balanced and I had to take them for wheel balancing. When we took off all the wheels we noticed a huge chip in one of the very worn tyres. This should never be allowed to happen in a place like Namibia. You are putting people's lives in danger as gravel road driving can be very dangerous with bad tyres

Pros: We were processed efficiently. Booking online was a breeze. We picked the car up at Walvis Bay airport. When we had a problem in Windhoek it was quickly attended to.

Cons: The car had one bald tyre, and the spare had been repaired. We took this in to the Windhoek centre, and they had both tyres replaced immediately. But it took 2 hours of our holiday to attend to this.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: voucher, passport or ID, International Driving Permit and a valid credit card in the name of the renter.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
