Pros: Reps were amazing and the folks that picked up/dropped off were just wonderful! We were welcomed warmly and they were happy to share info about New Orleans and were very proud of the city they live in.

Cons: The car was thrashed and smaller of cigarette and marijuana smoke, though the employees obviously did their best to remove it.

Pros: After a little confusion over my rental, everything got smoothed out quickly. Because my plane was a bit late, they waited for me and took care of me.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was the shuttle ride to the rental agencies. It’s a very inefficient system.

Cons: I ordered 2 carseats for our trip. When we arrived, they only had 1, and given my wife was forced to carry one of our children in our lap while we had to search for an additional carseat. The front desk person Kiara didn't apologize, and said it wasn't her fault. Never renting from again

Cons: The process of picking up the car was confusing because the rental desk is not located with the other rental car companies. Instructions are in the agreement, but I missed them the first time, so it is mainly my fault.

Cons: car was booted for a speeding ticket that someone recived back in May and they didnt pay the ticket. i was left with the out come of the ticket on that car that i rented for the first time. Green Motion did nothing to compensate me for all the problems and time lost on my vacation. terible service.

Pros: When I took the car back after the tire air pressure light came on they switched me into a car that was in a much better condition.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the first car they gave me seemed like a prank. It had so many issues, the driver door handle was falling off, there was scratches and bumps everywhere, the car was dirty! Even the steering wheel was sticky. Fifteen minutes after driving it the tire air pressure light came on and when I took it in they had the audacity to attempt to charge me for it. Luckily one of their service agents was nice enough to understand what happened and didn't charge me.

Cons: Would have preferred getting picked up at the airport instead of taking the airport shuttle to the car rental building, then have to get picked up and brought to another building.

Pros: We forgot where we parked our car (all the streets looked the same), so called the agency. They located it be GPS and sent us a satellite pic of the location. Snd this was a Sunday! The two drawbacks are the instructions we got for how to get to the site to pick up the car we’re unclear, snd returning it was a little tricky because the building doesn’t have a sign in front. Overall though it was a great experience.

Cons: It’s a little tougher to get to compared to most of the rental spots next to the airport. But their prices and service make up for it.

Pros: Our plane was about 4 hours late due to bad weather in Dallas, however Ray was there waiting for us when we landed. Even though his office had closed 3 hours prior he welcomed us with a smile and friendly service. After a frustrating flight ( our luggage was misplaced by the airline for an additional 45 minutes of delay) we were able to begin our vacation. Thanks Ray! Ps the car was clean and fuel efficient. The price was the lowest of the competitors but the service was first class.

Cons: They tried to give me a huge van when I had reserved an SUV, I ended up getting a smaller car. The car was dirty. They lied about when they open on Sat morning. They were overall difficult to work with.

Cons: See above. Car was smaller than advertised and shuttle was hard to find (instruction sheet should explain exactly where to find the 2nd shuttle - and should say that you have to take TWO shuttles. This added extra time.)

Cons: I did not like the time that it took & the multiple shuttles we had to take to airline drive to pick up the car. I did not like the fact that the rental employee behind the counter did not wear a mask during this pandemic. I was pleased to know that when we returned the car we were brought directly to the terminal in the car we rented The windshield wipers needed replacement (important for the rain conditions constantly encountered in Louisiana) & we had to put water in the washer container.

Pros: Ray is the man. He is giving it his all. Many of the challenges he can't control with airport restrictionsand he still does his best to ensure your experience is to notch. I have been burned twice with rental cars at the airport in New Orleans. I will be using Green Motion from now on.

Cons: Not their fault . . . They are required did to airport restrictions to pick up at the airport car rental building. It adds some time to the pick up but worth it.

Pros: How friendly they were, we had to walk 2 miles to get to the rental shop, so I was frustrated, but the owner was so kind and caring and apologized for what happened, so heads the experience 1000x better!

Once reaching someone I had to wait to be pick up and brought to an off site location for rental pick up. I wasn’t offered an upgrade for the inconvenience unless I was willing to pay for an upgrade . Spent a lot Of time between waiting to be picked up to actually leaving with the vehicle. Only good thing I can say about this car is that the air conditioner ran extremely cold.

Pros: Car rentals are off-airport. This place was off-off-airport. The clerk who checked me out and the guy I called to discuss all the problems the car had were both pleasant to work with.
