Cons: I was completely lied to by the car rental agency in Tallinn, Green Motion. First, they said they sent me an email stating that I must take the Collision & Theft Protection insurance or they wouldn't rent me the car. I NEVER RECIEVED THIS EMAIL because it was never sent & this was a lie. Thus, I was forced to take this insurance which I was going to decline as my credit card covers it. Also, they never deducted the $34.35 deposit I paid online. I demand that this deposit be returned to me.

Cons: Con-artists. We were delayed on our flight by 2 hours unexpectedly and turned up to be told our car hire had been cancelled, although it was pre-paid for a week. Then told we could reinstate it for €10 per day. The agent was remarkably stand offish, unhelpful and couldn’t really care less. Seemed like he was on commission and trying to con us out of this reinstatement fee. Had to pay for car cleaning on return. The whole thing felt like a big scam. Never again.

Pros: The car was good.

Cons: On the arrival we were told to pay 25€ as we picked up the car out of their working hours. This was not clearly explained on the time or making the booking. Then we were told that there will be charge of 20€ to wash the car or we can clean the car ourself from outside and inside. We were told we can pay on the return too. On returning the car, we were charged 40€ for cleaning the car. Very poor communication and customer service. Not happy with all the extra costs that was not properly explained

Also , tried to charge 30 euro per day for not having international driving license which I was told at the other rental companies is recommended not necessary. Don't appreciate paying for unpleasant service and being taken for a ride on my vacation

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 80.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.12 to 01.03. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
