After collecting the luggage, customers have to go to the left towards "Salidas/Departures" by walking inside the terminal. Once they are outside, they have to go past the Aena Car Park (situated on their left) and they will find the Arias Hotel just in front. Our office is located on the ground floor of this hotel.

Cons: They want to car returning immaculate condition, we had it 10 days and were at a beach location and mountains. They did not accept that there was some sand in the car footwells. There was no soiling.

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited in Madrid, Sevilla, Malaga, Sancti Petri, Alicante, Barcelona, Valencia, San Juan, Torrevieja, Denia, Benidorm, Cadiz – Sancti Petri & Aguilas, Cordoba, Malaga, Zaragoza, Pamplona.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.
For rentals of 15 days or more, mileage is limited to 100 km per day.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 360 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
