After collecting their luggage, customers have to leave the arrivals hall through the Exit and go to the right following the Exit signs towards the bus car park. After crossing the car park, they will find the meeting point sign where they can find our shuttle bus. If the bus is not there, they can wait at this point for it (Contact number if the bus does not arrive: 0034 682 745 118).

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited in Madrid, Sevilla, Malaga, Sancti Petri, Alicante, Barcelona, Valencia, San Juan, Torrevieja, Denia, Benidorm, Cadiz – Sancti Petri & Aguilas, Cordoba, Malaga, Zaragoza, Pamplona.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.
For rentals of 15 days or more, mileage is limited to 100 km per day.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 360 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
