Pros: Didn’t like all the hidden costs
Pros: Nothing, they tried to cover damage with a dusty hood and attempted to claim that i damaged the vehicle.
Cons: I took a video beforehand which shows apparent damage under dust on the hood, Goldcar claim that i have damaged the vehicle despite the damage preceding my rental. Additionally they took a 1,600 Euro deposit!
Pros: Great service, good clean car, fair cost. Good level of English to complete car hire.
Cons: Had one identified mark on the car on the official car collection paperwork. However, found 3 further marks on inspection before taking away. Alerted staff member (right next to cars in Jerez airport) and digitally logged these. Although service good, would have expected other marks to have been logged. Also, despite having insurance from discover cars - still offered further insurance with them (politely declined).

Cons: Car was dirty, under body was hanging out of it. Very poor condition car for the money spent.
Pros: Nog really much
Cons: Very impolite. Hidden cost. Ended up paying 80 euro’s for 1 day Fiat Panda.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.
For rentals of 15 days or more, mileage is limited to 100 km per day.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km. To access unlimited mileage, the customer can purchase an Additional Mileage option for an extra fee. The amount of this fee depends on the vehicle group.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 4 years.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
