Cons: AS mntionned, the requirement for a translation of the drivers license which involved a trip to the OAMTC.

Pros: Nothing, even the attitude of the representative was cold .... did not try to help not flame the situation, just demanded extra payment for an automatic vehicle. Didn't even instruct me on adding a subscription to the Waze app.
Cons: I was always upgraded to another vehicle "even" that it cost more expensive ... at no extra charge. To my disappointment I had to take a vehicle with manual transmission at the same price I paid for automatic transmission. It is very disrespectful of you as a company to behave in this way. I therefore require you to credit me with the amount of the same vehicle without automatic transmission.
