Few details about the rental car process
The vehicle is provided to you with a certain gas level left by its owner, please ensure to bring the vehicle back at the same gas level. If this is not the case, we will charge you the gas difference.
Please do a rigorous departure/return car inspection and return the vehicle clean (inside and outside). In case of non-compliance with this rule, a cleaning fee may be charged.
You will need to bring the following documents:
Your credit card used for the deposit (it must be in the driver's name),
A valid ID for each driver of the vehicle,
A valid driver's license for each driver of the vehicle (in case your license is in a foreign language, thank you for presenting an official translation),
WARNING: Without these items, our agents will not give you the vehicle.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): residency permit in order to collect the car. UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
