Pros: Nothing

Cons: Upon arrival, I waited nearly an hour before being assisted. The staff appeared unprofessional and had limited English proficiency, which made communication difficult. Two of my credit cards were declined because the company only accepts cards with embossed numbers. As a result, I was required to pay an additional €190 with my debit card to purchase insurance. Please avoid FlexToGo if you can — it’s a complete scam.

Cons: No phone line to speak to someone if you want to talk. No printouts provided, email with contract details was sent later, it’s pdf password never worked, repeatedly asked by email but no joy. Credit card didn’t work on their terminal to hold the deposit, charged 80 euro extra ,, while card was ok working everywhere. Loads of excessive charges we paid, dodgy paperwork

Cons: No room for negotiation on extra 230 Euros dishonestly charged to hire the car. The fact that we were going to pay with a different credit card presented no extra risk to the Company.

Pros: Very professional team, swift and expert service and support, we have taken the full insurance cover and it also included a free tank of petrol as we have got a fully tanked car and where allowed to drop off empty with this offer! We jad some questions along the way as well and we got a swift call back from the guys in Nuremberg airport swiftly and with all information as needed. The car was spotless and the pickup and return presented no hassle.

Cons: Pick-up was extramely slow. Comments, remarks in the drop-off protocoll was written only in Polish language. It should have been there in German and English. And if the company would like to be polite, then they would have written their remarks in the language of the cient, and not in the language of the company owners.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 300 km per day, with a maximum of 3000 km per rental.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 72 hours before the pick up date.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Winter tires, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
