Pros: Excellent professional service from the Express Car team

Pros: they were friendly and quick. took care of my issue.
Cons: The car had check engine light on the entire time. They sent me out with a front wheel well trim that would come undone every 10 miles or so. I had to stop and push it back on. The car was from the USA, my guess is it was totaled in the US and they bought it and tried fixing it. many signs of past accidents where visible.
Pros: Vehicle was provided upgraded, I got RED Mazda 6 which was wonderfull. On snow vehicle was crashed, agents of the car rental came during 25 minuties, helped me, brought water for me , helped with all issues with another car, provided new car, one guy took me home as I was afraid , they charged me the next day as i was afraid according accident, changed car was more upgraded it was SUV . Everything was great , no need to spend time for parking as they had their parking space. Good service
Cons: when was an exident , I must wait till insurance company will come which took 1 hour and it was really cold , I guess they need to change their insurance company as all over the world driver take pictures of the damage send to insurance compan y and no need to wait of representative . It was not so good .
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Electron, Cash, Diners, Debit cards, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Georgia.
Written permission from the rental company is required.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Iran, Turkey.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
