Pros: All went well as reserved and as intended
Cons: Nothing, although this depends on the pending status of the deposit reimbursement/cancellation.
Pros: the car was a new car i rented and it was a lovely drive, the agent and other staff was very helpful and polite. really pleased with the staff.
Cons: only one agent on the desk when i went to pick up car, took so long in the queue ( over 50 mins in Queue) the drop off was a total nightmare, i could not find the location for nearly 45 mins. even with map provided, almost missed our flight. this is a horrible location to drop back to on the french side.
Pros: Initially, perhaps the price, as per contract CAD$ 403.79 —meaning it looked ( only seemingly so ) better than on the Swiss sector.
Cons: The Clerk at the front desk, a gentleman by the name of Benjamin, was outright rude. When I let him know I solid not appreciate that he never apologized, moreover he continued by raising his voice and starting threatening me out of the blue, as if I wasn’t a customer but someone that he was entitled to yell at and lecture. Fast forward to droop off: 3 Europecar staff members there. One gent the started digging for damages -whether existing or not. He made up on r/hand fender. It was dust…

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date. A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Debit cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France - Corsica, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain - Balearic Islands, Spain-Canary Islands, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory on roads in mountainous areas that are marked by a road sign.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
