Pros: The agent is detailed and explains well.
Cons: Actual car was smaller than a Tiguan, which we had selected.They didn't physically checked the car upon drop off. They just asked if everything is ok and the fuel tank is full. I dont really have an issue except that I really hope that they do not contact me later to dispute any defects/damage on the car as that will not be fair!

Pros: everything was ready and easily picked the car
Cons: faced problem with dropping location and it has to be clear informed during pickup. Also charges for full day amount for 40mins delay drop due to car parking confusion

Pros: Stuff were so friendly and supportive..
Cons: There are couple of damages noticed when I was picking up the car, but it was not mentioned on the handed over documents. I had to go back to the help deck multiple times to ensure that all damages are captured.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 2575.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability.

Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Minivan.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Luxury, Premium, Special, Oversize.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
