Cons: The way in which the information is given to clients. Document Reads: Line 1: Pick Up Location Central Station Munich Line 2: Rental Office East Station Munich I booked the car and my hotel based on being able to pick up my car from Central station, but it turns out that line 1 is incorrect and pick up for Europecar is an hour away at East Station, this led to a huge argument with the very unpleasant middle aged lady at the Marrs Strasse office.

Cons: Changed my car from Automatic to Manual without compensating me the difference after telling me my car is not available and I had to search orher companies for my car for 1 hrs.
Pros: reprisentive was very polite.
Cons: Didn't have a kashkai like we order and we wher offerd similar - that's fine. BUT he offered us a captur that is lower level. or t-roc and gave us a T-CROSS a lot smaller, not a SUV and also we add more money for the "UPGRADE". We fill cheeted. we where willing to pay more and to get more but instead we got smaller car than ordered and pay more for it. The only thing good was that the car had 12 KM brand new BUT we put 4 times air in the tires and the orange light was wlways on.
Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
