Pros: Clean van
Cons: Lacklustre to say the least. Not supportive or able to connect with customers in any way. They may have the ability to 'computer says no' but need to realise a little compassion goes a long way to appease a customer no matter their circumstance. Deflated on taking the van, worn and spat out when returning.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
