Pros: Agents were very good checking us out.
Cons: Needed an explanation of car drop return as we spent 30 minutes calling or looking for how to drop car and keys at parking area. At last minute saw key drop near street exit door down low. Waist or chest high would be easier to recognize.🙂🙂

Pros: Customer service provided with picking up and renting the car was excellent. Veronique was super friendly and helped us double check the car before driving off to see if all was in order. She also patiently answered any of our questions and helped us make final changes to our rental requests. Had a very pleasant experience. Dropping off the car was easy too. fast and friendly service with final review before handing back the keys.
Cons: Nothing on the service and staff. Only maybe the location but may not apply to everyone. It is in the parking garage below avenue de Ternes, which can be a bit tricky to get too if you are not familiar with driving in Paris city. Getting to the peripherique though from there is not too far.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00 - € 3500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
