Cons: The worst car rental ever Easirent almost ruined completely our weekend due to their unprofessionalism and complete lack of basic customer support. They gave me the wrong car, did not pick up calls for 2 hours, did not pay the car park and left me stuck in there for hours.
Pros: Impressed with the cleanliness of the car I rented and the fact that it came with unlimited mileage. The option to return the car late at night was also a huge plus for me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this car rental service to others.
Cons: Tried to drop off my rental car after hours and was disappointed to find that I was unable to receive any assistance. It would have been helpful to have clear instructions or support available during these off-hours for a smooth and stress-free pick-up experience.
Pros: Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Staff members did not answer the phone when needed. I ended up not getting my rental, due to inability of staff to pick up the phone. Terrible service. The whole experience was stressful, for nothing, as I didn’t even get my car.
