Pros: All OK aside from being charged extra on bringing back, when I still had over 450 AED credit from a week not used.

Cons: Worst car rental experience ever. Their customer service is nearly unreachable—calls rarely answered and WhatsApp messages often ignored or delayed by hours. The car was delivered almost an hour late without notice, disrupting my plans. During the rental, I received two traffic fines from the police. As a visitor unfamiliar with local rules, I asked for guidance on paying them myself, but they offered no help. Overall, the service was unprofessional and very disappointing.

Cons: Gave a different car then I booked. I told them I don’t want the car. Was told that the car would be replaced the next day. I accepted on that basis. Next day, I was told that they can’t replace the car. I mentioned to them I wouldn’t have accepted if that were the case. The provided car died in the second day of rental. DriveUS was supposed to provide the car at 8:30 but their driver came at 11:30. I booked a child car seat, it came uninstalled and was just placed in the car. returned

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Albania, Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Young drivers are subject to a higher deductible/excess.
