Cons: When we had two warning lights come up on dash service agent we contacted said it was ok ignore the warnings and continue driving. One warning was for the EBS not functioning but agent was not interested in having this fixed.

Pros: Nothing. It was the worst experience in all my years of travelling. I paid extra insurance to DRIVE in addition to the "full insurance" i paid to you. I regretted renting a car from you because of DRIVE. Never again.

Cons: They made me pay extra insurance and they didnt give me other choice. In addition to this, the employee when i left the car didnt speak english and called me more than ten times because she didnt understood what i was saying.

Cons: Clearer instructions as to drop off point and gate to enter airport. I came in at departures and wasn't sure where I should have dropped off so drove through to arrivals where I picked up and went to desk.

Cons: My car was in the garage for maintenance. Rented and paid for 2 days The revision of my car not being finished I wished to prolong the reservation, impossible! Had taken the car on Friday at 09:30 am Saturday at 17h00 I came to the counter of the airport of samui to ask having paid for two full days to keep the vehicle until the next day 09h30, refusal if you keep you pay 1500 THB This procedure is dishonest! I had paid for two full days !

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 230.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, Union Pay.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Visa Electron, Cash, Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
