Pros: They delivered the car to my hotel instead of having to pick it up in the dark and rain and start driving in the city on the wrong side of the road.

Cons: It was unclear where to drop it off and they were understaffed so an agent couldn't come out to inspect. Instead we had to leave the keys in the car in the general rental return area and send them a photo of where the car was parked.

Pros: Agents spoke good english. I took photocopies of my order details & insurance. There was no pressure to upsell any products. I had a question about the car they responded with the relevant information quickly.

Cons: The office was published at located at gate 10-11. It is actual located near entry 8 & 9. Had to pay airport parking fee (they refunded this on return) the pickup/dropoff location was in a public carpark so on return difficult to find a parking space. Had to walk with luggage to office, then walk back to car for final assessment, then walk back to office again to collect luggage & parking fee refund. Have to wait up to 14 days for the 10,000 baht deposit to be refunded.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 230.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
