Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Shout out to Guy.
Cons: A better description of the car would have helped. Driving up the mountains of Phu Chi Fa in an under powered car can be scary. If we understood the limitations, we would have not minded paying more and gone with a more powerful vehicle. I would suggest you to profile you rentee better with where they are driving and the number of passengers in the car.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
